How to make an offer on real estate thru your Realtor
In this video you will see what your Realtor goes thru to get an offer out the front door for you. Your Realtor will need the following to make an offer:
Pre-Approval or Pre-Qualification Letter: Please make sure the pre-approval is still valid. Normally, the pre-approval is expired within 90 days.
Proof of Funds: This is the cash you will need for the down payment amount and closing costs (please black out or remove any acct numbers before sending) or an official bank statement showing the entire down payment or a screenshot.
Full legal name of anyone that will be on the contract. You can do so personally or in a corporation such as an LLC.
Email address to use when signing documents. (Each signer needs their own email address for DocuSign or like signing product)

Initial Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)
